2015 Crystal Cruises 25th Anniversary Celebrations
There will be a selection of special voyages in 2015 to celebrate the lines 25th anniversary including several ‘Captains Cruises’ a ‘President’s Cruise’ and a ‘Chairman’s Cruise’.
Captains Cruises
As part of the 2015 celebrations, there will be three special ‘Captain’s Cruises’ – Across the East China Sea, Transatlantic Treasures and a Classic Atlantic Crossing.
Across the East China Sea – Departing 11 April 2015 for 12-nights aboard Crystal Symphony
Itinerary: Hong Kong, China | At Sea | Taipei/ Keelung, Taiwan | At Sea | Shanghai, China (overnight in port) | At Sea | Pusan, South Korea | At Sea | Kochi, Japan | Osaka, Japan (overnight in port) | Tokyo, Japan for disembarkation
This voyage shall be accompanied by Captain Rediulf Maalen. In 1990, as Master of Crystal Harmony, he set Crystal Cruises on a course of unprecedented success and commanded all three ships in the fleet, reitiring in 2006.
Transatlantic Treasures – Departing 12 June 2015 for 16-nights aboard Crystal Symphony

This voyage shall be accompanied by Captain Helge Brudvik. He joined Crystal Cruises in 1993 as Master of Crystal Symphony and retired following his stewardship as Master of the Crystal 2000 World Cruise.
Classic Atlantic Crossing – Departing 4 May 2015 for 13-nights aboard Crystal Serenity
Itinerary: Miami, Florida | At Sea x2 | Hamilton, Bermuda (overnight in port) | At Sea x5 | Ponta Delgada, Azores | At Sea | Lisbon, Portugal – overnight in port before disembarkation
This voyage shall be accompanied by Captain Glenn Edvardsen. Beginning his career with Crystal Cruises as a 1st Officer Senior aboard Crystal Harmony, he ultimately became the youngest serving Master in Crystal’s fleet. He retired from his 21-year career with Crystal Cruises in 2012 to accept a position in his homeland of Norway.
President’s Cruise
Join Crystal Cruises President, Edie Rodriguez and her husband Tom, on the 25th Anniversary Celebrations President’s Cruise.
