Inspired by a luxury yacht design, AmaKristina made her debut for AmaWaterways in 2017 and is the sister ship to AmaViola. 

Holding no more than 156 guests, your journey aboard AmaKristina begins the moment you arrive, where you’ll be greeted by the crew and shown to your lavish twin-balcony stateroom. Throughout your voyage, you will have the opportunity to satisfy your tastebuds with award-winning cuisine, treat yourself to a pamper day in the luxurious spa, or immerse yourself in the beauty of the Rhône River on a series of small-group tours and shore excursions.

AmaKristina: Accommodation – Suites & Staterooms

AmaKristina’s 78 staterooms range from the entry-level Window Stateroom to the spacious suite. Most AmaKristina’s staterooms feature panoramic windows or a twin balcony for views of the passing scenery and landscapes. In addition, all staterooms feature flatscreen entertainment systems with on-demand movies and ensuite bathroom facilities, whilst the larger staterooms feature a living space complete with sofas and a writing desk.

The Main Restaurant

Head to The Main Restaurant and enjoy a menu brimming with gourmet options. This unique space offers the ideal environment for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, from freshly prepared meats and fish dishes to international favourites.

You can also order delicious snacks and light meals in between meals inside the Main Lounge!

Al Fresco Terrace

The Al Fresco Terrace is AmaKristina’s informal dining option. The cuisine served here combines healthy options such as salads and soups with pasta and seafood dishes. Best of all, the retractable roof means it’s open daily regardless of the weather.

Chef’s Table

Exclusive to AmaWaterways’ river cruise ships, the Chef’s Table provides the ultimate a la carte experience with an exquisite tasting menu and a delicious six-course dinner in an intimate setting. Featuring locally-inspired cuisine, you will have a choice of stunning dishes available to indulge at your leisure.

AmaKristina: Entertainment & Facilities

During the day, guests can make the most of AmaKristina’s public spaces, including the glorious Sun Deck, where you can take a dip in the swimming pool as idyllic scenery passes close to the ship.

Once ashore, you’ll be able to immerse yourself in France’s hidden gems by heading out on complimentary guided bike tours around beautiful cities and local villages. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to visit various highlights, including medieval Tarascon and Villefranche deep in the heartlands of the Beaujolais wine region.

When night falls, AmaKristina offers modest, low-key entertainment provided by local performers and musicians. AmaKristina’s main lounge is the hub of the ship during the evenings, with many guests heading there to congregate and share tales of their experiences during the voyage.

For relaxation, AmaKristina boasts a luxurious spa offering a range of treatments, alongside a stylish hair salon and a boutique for any essentials or last-minute souvenirs. In addition, AmaKristina holds an onboard fitness room where you can stay active whilst cruising in between destinations.
