Borealis offers a wide variety of accommodation options, ranging from cosy Interior Cabins to the elegant Olsen Suites. Every accommodation category benefits from standard amenities such as ensuite bathroom facilities and flatscreen televisions, while higher classes boast a private balcony, separate living areas and spacious walk-in wardrobes.

Borealis Dining: Restaurants

Borealis continues Fred Olsen Cruise Lines’ approach to providing guests exquisite dining experiences and offers a variety of fantastic restaurants and eateries. All of the food served onboard is prepared by a team of highly experienced chefs who use freshly prepared ingredients to create mouthwatering dishes, snacks and light bites.

The main dining room is the principal dining venue on Borealis. Spread across two tiers in an elegant setting, the main dining room offers a five-course al a carte menu comprised of regional specialities and international favourites. Alternatively, you may wish to book a table at one of the ship’s speciality restaurants or enjoy the informality of the poolside bar and grill.

Room service is also available on Borealis and can be ordered throughout the day whenever you wish. Take your pick from a selection of dishes and snacks selected from the ship’s main restaurants and relish a private dining experience in the comfortable surroundings of your cabin or suite.

Owner’s Suite – [OW]

7 Situated on Deck 7, this suite is located near the lift and stairs. Features include floor to ceiling windows leading out to a private balcony. The suite has one king-size bed and a sofa bed with the bathroom boasting an oversize whirlpool bath and separate shower. A separate living room, dining room, dressing room, private balcony, pantry, mini-bar, fridge and guest toilet can also be found in the Owner’s Suite.
