The luxury brand of the MSC Group, Explora Journeys, has uncovered the design of its Owners Residence on board Explora I.
The Owner’s Residence forms one of the most prominent living spaces on board, which extends over the entire ship’s width, prompting a harmonious space to unwind, relax and entertain whilst soaking up the panoramic ocean views. The extravagant living space stretches over 280 sqm, comprising a spacious suite area of 155 sqm and a 125 sqm outdoor terrace with a luxurious infinity whirlpool and a dining table for up to eight guests.

The Owner’s Residence allows staying guests to enjoy a devoted private butler service by the Residence Manager alongside private in-suite dining, itinerary and transport planning, and unpacking and packing services. Unlimited priority reservations for all culinary venues and a complementary treatment at Ocean Wellness – The Spa are also included.
The features and benefits that come with staying in The Owner’s Residence include a vast range of benefits and features, including a bespoke king-sized bed sleep system, extensive pillow selection, fine bed linens from Frette, a bespoke king-sized bed sleep system, a Dyson Supersonic hairdryer and a telescope. Guests will also have exclusive access to a personalised private bar replenished with drinks to their preferences, an in-suite welcome bottle of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013 and a Technogym Bench and Technogym Case Kit.
Explora Journeys strives to prioritise eco-friendly and sustainability processes, including features such as refillable bathroom amenities, an espresso machine with biodegradable pods, and a complimentary personal refillable water bottle for each guest has been integrated into the in-suite offering.
Additionally, guests staying in the Owner’s Residence will have the chance to enjoy roundtrip home-to-airport ground transfers, a complimentary pre- or post-journey hotel night, and roundtrip transfers from/to the hotel and port. They will also have one private driver ashore, subject to availability, and complete priority reservations for all culinary venues. The maximum available capacity for The Owner’s Residence on board the Explora I is two adults and one child under 18, or three adults.
