Didm Cruises
Didim is on the Aegean sea in Western Turkey on the north shore of the Gulf of Gulluk. Nearby is the ancient, ruined city of Didyma which was a colony of Crete and Mycenae in the 16th century B.C and was subsequently occupied by the Persians, Romans and Byzantines. One of the most interesting remains is the ruins of the Ionic temple of Apollo. A newly opened 50 million dollar cruise terminal should further enhance Didim's growing popularity.
