Lhasa Cruises
Lhasa is located at the bottom of Mount Gephel in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. It is where Tibetan Buddhism was founded and is home to the Potola Palace, the main residence of the Dalai Lama until around 1959. The Potola Palace is now a Museum which visitors to Lhasa may like to explore. Another well-known palace in this area is the Norbulingka, before the 1950’s the Dalai Lama would often stay in this palace during the summer season. There are also many Temples and Monasteries that guests may like to explore whilst visiting Lhasa.
